1. Ikhtisar

The DJTJ-1 luminaire adjustment device is designed in accordance with Section 4.14.3 of GB 7000.1-2015 and the EN 60598-1:2014 standard.

2. Spesifikasi Teknis

● Control system: PLC touchscreen + servo motor;

● Swivel angle: Adjustable from 0 to 180º (standard: 135º in each direction from the vertical);

● Test frequency: Adjustable from 1 to 10 cycles per minute;

● Number of tests: Configurable from 0 to 999999;

● Power Supply: AC 220 V, 50 Hz.

3. Petunjuk Penggunaan

1. Secure the test specimen as shown in the illustration;

2. Press the “Start” button on the device panel to access the touchscreen’s main page;

3. Tap the “Welcome” button on the touchscreen’s home screen to enter the main window, which primarily includes three functions: “Automatic Operation,” “Parameter Settings,” and “Back”;

4. Click the “Parameter Settings” button to open the device parameter interface;

Set the sample bending speed, bending angle, and total number of cycles according to the requirements of the applicable test standard; the compensation factor generally does not need to be set.

5. Tap the “Auto Window” option on the main touchscreen window to enter or exit the auto window.

Click the “Return to Zero” button. Once the servo motor has returned to the zero position, press the “Start” button to begin the test.

When the number of tests reaches the set value, the test stops automatically.

4. Pemeliharaan dan Perawatan

● To better protect the motor and drive, turn off the power whenever possible when not conducting tests.

● Ensure that the lighting fixture’s adjustment mechanism remains stable and secure during use; all four wheels must be locked.

● If the machine powers on normally but does not operate, check to see if the test count has been reached and has not been reset.

● The transmission mechanism of the testing machine should be inspected regularly and lubricated with grease at regular intervals to prevent excessive wear.

● Do not place heavy objects on the surface of the equipment when it is not in use, as this may damage the motor.
